What do I need to install WordPress or WooCommerce with the installer?
You only need a normal web hosting with domain, database and FTP access. You only need to upload the installer files to the web server via FTP, run the installer and enter the database access data during the installation. After that, the ready-installed WordPress website or WooCommerce webshop with the dummy data is available to you for personal setup and content maintenance. With our installation guide you can implement the individual steps very easily.
Which web hosting is suitable for WordPress and WooCommerce?
Many providers offer special hosting packages for WordPress. In conjunction with good caching, WordPress websites already run quite well with this. However, for a WooCommerce webshop we recommend hosting with high performance and security.

What other costs are incurred?
In addition to the cost of our packages, the only costs incurred are the hosting and domain costs for the operation of the website / webshop.
No paid plug-ins are included in the installer packages, so there are no ongoing license costs. Only if you use paid plugins because of additional functions and features you will have to pay additional but mostly small license fees.
What if I need help?
We are constantly trying to expand our tutorials and knowledge base. Here you should also get helpful answers to most of your questions.
For the two Complete packages, free support is available for four weeks after the website or webshop has been implemented. Otherwise, there is the possibility to book our paid support at any time and only if needed. This guarantees you – even with difficult questions or problems – to get reliable help for the safe operation of your online business. You can easily book our paid support as a budget package. We then only charge the requested services to the previously booked budget to the minute and transparently. Budgets that have not been consumed can still be used.
Is it possible to extend the website / webshop?
What about updates for WordPress, WooCommerce and PlugIns?
For large online stores, this can be a risk, which is why the auto-update function should be disabled. However, the updates can then be performed by clicking on the individual modules after they have been tested in advance in a staging (also included).
How are WordPress and WooCommerce secured?
Via the Auto-BackUp plugin installed in all packages, website data can easily be backed up regularly and automatically to an external data server or cloud (e.g. Google Drive).
